We are hiring for Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - MRP in Furniture Manufacturing Industry at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh Location.

Study the scope, Tender documents, BOQ, drawings & contract, and also coordinate with the

Frontend team to identify the risks and agree on the feasible productivities to prepare a detailed list.

Prepare Master Plan Scheduling based on the on-hand projects and priorities.

Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.

Verify product code & screening between standard product and out-standard product.

Maintaining Inventory value.

Checking the stock availability of material by project wise.

Cross check FG Stock and allocate the material and offer to QC for further clearance.

After allocating getting shortage material list, and creating PR and prepare project wise MR requisition

form.

Scheduling the material as per the required date.

Conduct weekly meeting with purchase department for raw material receiving update.

And update PPC team for raw material available date for preparing production planning.

Updating Min-Max Master and ordering stock refill items on daily basis.

Updating Daily Stock & Allocation details to Item Master for PR Approvals.

Raising PRs and following up for the approvals.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Preparing monthly Reports & KPI.

Circulating and ordering critical materials based on the project layouts and cluster drawings before

completing of production drawings & BOM.

Optimization of steel sheet sizes has been fixed to reduce the scrap %.

Calculating and ordering for DTZ project wise materials.

PR & PO process for RWBR to RWDR (SEZ) order conversion.
