Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual specialized in supply chain and analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Forecasting, Demand and Supply Planning, SAP Inventory management, costing principles, excellent analytical skills, and extensive experience with SAP ERP, particularly in the areas of Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Finance and Operations. You will be responsible for analyzing production costs, identifying variances, and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Planning, Production Procurement & Supply chain team to ensure forecast accuracy and efficient inventory management.

- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

- Perform accurate and timely settlement of production orders.

- Analyze cost variances and identify root causes.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within SAP ERP.

- Troubleshoot SAP-related costing issues.

- Generate and analyze variance reports, including Material Usage Variance (MUV), labor variances, and spending variances.

- Provide recommendations for cost reduction and process improvement based on variance analysis.

- Provide ad hoc reporting as needed.

Profile Description:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Industrial Engineering, data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP ERP, including a comprehensive understanding of Warehousing, Procurement, Inventory, and Sales Order modules.

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical forecasting and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Demand Planning).

- Proficiency in generating and interpreting Procurement reports.

- Experience with Bill of Material and recipe maintenance.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) e.g., food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals].

- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Analyst) is a plus.
