Supply Chain Executive

About the position:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Supply Chain team as an

Executive Supply Chain Analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on

experience with Power BI, and a solid understanding of supply chain processes. This role demands

excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities to drive data-backed

decisions and continuous improvement across operations.

Roles and Responsibility:

1. Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

2. Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decisions.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive changes, improvements and strategies.

4. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports.

5. Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.

6. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to internal stakeholders.

7. Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver timely, relevant

insights

8. Drive stakeholder alignment and manage expectations across functions.

9. Participate in digital transformation and automation initiatives within the function.

10. Track key supply chain KPIs and metrics & provide insights to support strategic decision-making and

operational reviews.

What we are looking for from your past experience

Experience requirement:

Must Haves:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.

2. 3–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics or operations.

3. Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel.

4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic

environment.

7. Understanding of supply chain concepts.

8. Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

9. Exposure to automation tools or scripting for data handling.

10. Knowledge of KPIs and metrics used in supply chain performance tracking.

Good to Have:

1. Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data extraction and articulation.

2. Experience with automation tools like Power Automate, Winshuttle, or Automate Studio.

3. Understanding of data governance and master data management.
