Supply Chain Executive

Position Overview:-

The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, including order processing, coordination with courier partners, tracking shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, handling return logistics, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order dispatch operations and ensure timely shipment of all orders.
• Coordinate with multiple courier partners for pickup scheduling, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively address delays or exceptions.
• Handle RTO (Return to Origin) and return shipments efficiently.
• Maintain accurate data for order dispatch, delivery status, and logistics performance metrics.
• Communicate with internal teams (warehouse, customer support, inventory) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Work on logistics dashboards/tools and generate periodic reports.
• Optimize logistics costs and improve delivery TAT (Turnaround Time).
• Ensure compliance with packaging, labeling, and courier guidelines.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Supply Chain/Logistics preferred).

2.1 - 3 years of experience in logistics or e-commerce operations.

3.Good knowledge of courier platforms like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.

4.Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

5.Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data management.

6.Ability to work under timelines with high accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce or D2C brands.
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
