Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing various aspects

of the supply chain, including inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, and vendor

coordination. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are delivered to customers on

time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with warehouses, 3PL partners, and courier services to ensure timely

dispatch and delivery of orders

• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid stock-outs or overstock

situations

• Track and analyse supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, fill rates, delivery accuracy, lead times)

• Manage order processing systems and ensure smooth order-to-delivery flow

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and damages

• Collaborate with procurement and category teams for vendor and SKU planning

• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency

• Handle reverse logistics and RTO (Return to Origin) processes efficiently

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during storage and

transportation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in an e-commerce or

retail environment

• Strong understanding of warehousing, logistics, and fulfilment operations

• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain tools

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System)

• Familiarity with marketplace integrations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

• Data-driven mindset with ability to use analytics to drive decisions

• Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
