Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end hiring for articles, CAs, and other finance/legal professionals.
• Source candidates through portals, references, and local networks.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer management.
• Build a strong employer brand locally to attract top talent.

2. HR Operations

• Support onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure HR policies, compliances, and procedures are implemented smoothly.
• Maintain accurate HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Liaise with local authorities and vendors for HR-related requirements.

3. Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Drive welfare initiatives and engagement activities for employees and articles.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and support.
• Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational values.
• Plan team-building and employee wellness programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  MBA in HR or related specialization.

• Experience:

  35 years of HR experience, preferably in a CA firm or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of local Bangalore talent market and HR practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage stakeholders, and work in a fast-paced environment.
