Job Description

As an Asset Management Specialist, your role involves understanding and managing hardware and software assets efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Knowledge and experience in Hardware and Software Asset Management - Handling user asset onboarding and offboarding processes - Understanding contract management and procurement life cycle - Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Remedy - Tagging and de-tagging assets in Hardware Asset Management - Managing entitlement vs usage of licenses - User onboarding and offboarding procedures - Negotiating contract renewals and procurement life cycle activities - Utilizing tools like MS Project for creating plans - Logging information into tools like Remedy or ServiceNow In addition to your technical skills, your behavioral competencies will play a crucial role in your success. You should be able to effectively deliver information in various formats, communicate assertively, plan and organize tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate customer and business orientation. Qualifications required for this role include: - Any Graduate (Engineering / Science) degree - Strong aptitude for data-related skills - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in information processing This position is based in Bengaluru, India.
