You should have a good understanding of Asset Management, both hardware and software, and be familiar with the usage of ITAM tools. As a candidate, you are expected to possess strong communication skills and aptitude for information processing. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and chats from end users, some of which may require working on rotational shifts. You must have the ability to effectively communicate with end users from international locations over the phone and provide initial support and troubleshooting based on Knowledge Base articles. Your role will involve recording, classifying, and prioritizing tickets, as well as contributing new articles to the Knowledge Base.
