About the Role

Procure to Pay (P2P) Senior Executive

Accounts Payable & P2P Operations

• Process PO and Non-PO invoices (GCC) in NEWGEN/Oracle Fusion accurately and within SLAs.
• Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable activities, including invoice validation,3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice), and posting for both merchandise and non-merchandise.
• Manage vendor queries and perform reconciliations to ensure strong supplier relationships.
• Support payment runs, ensuring timely and compliant processing.
• Ensure proper documentation
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting for AP/P2P processes.

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure adherence to SOX controls, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Manage internal and external audits efficiently.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with procurement, business & merchandise teams, warehouse, logistics, and external vendors.
• Engage stakeholders across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance (NFD, Controllers, Tax, Treasury), and other relevant teams.

Process Improvement & Excellence

• Partner with IT, Process Excellence, Regional Operations, and 3rd Party Service Providers to enhance upstream and downstream processes.
• Benchmark current processes with industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance process performance.
• Prototype and implement business process solutions and tools.

General Accounting & Operations

• Perform routine general accounting activities and track daily operational tasks.
• Monitor deviations and take timely corrective actions.

Skills Required

• Solid understanding of Procure to Pay / Accounts Payable cycle

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle fusion etc.)

• Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and vendor handling skills

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
