Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the daily accounting operations of our organization. The ideal candidate should be a CA Inter or CA Dropout with strong practical experience in accounting, including balance sheet finalization, bank reconciliations, and statutory compliance. This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore (RNT Marg).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records
• Maintain general ledger entries and supporting schedules
• Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for year-end audits
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist management in cash flow planning and fund allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial reporting and data accuracy

Required Skills and Qualifications

• CA Inter or CA Dropout with strong core accounting experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting roles (preferably in corporate or mid-sized firms)
• Proficiency in balance sheet preparation, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, and TDS regulations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and professional integrity

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Prior experience in audit preparation and statutory compliance is a plus

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
