Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance

GrowthPal is a funded startup founded by a strong and experienced team from IITs, IIMs, and BITS Pilani. We operate in the digital investment banking space, focusing on small to mid-sized deals globally. By leveraging technology, a skilled team, and an extensive network, we are disrupting traditional deal sourcing.

Role : Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day to day accounting , maintaining accurate financial records and transactions in Zoho books & Quickbooks
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow & other MIS Reports)
• Ensure compliance with Tax laws (Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESIC) and other tax regulations.
• Handle statutory audits and Internal Audit
• Optimizes tax planning to reduce liabilities
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cost controls and variance analysis for financial planning & Monitor actual performance against targets.
• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure funds are allocated effectively to support business operations
• Managing Petty cash and admin related work

Prerequisite

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce/Accounting/ CA/Inter C
• Min 2 yrs of Experience
• Exp in accounting & financial reporting in a global or multi-entity environment in plus
• Working knowledge of EDPMS, FEMA/RBI regulations, and export procedures.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, Excel
• Attention to detail.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and hands-on approach.
