As a Senior ESG Consultant , you will work closely with global clients across industries to help them design, implement, and improve their sustainability strategies. You will be responsible for conducting ESG assessments, advising on compliance, and aligning business practices with leading frameworks such as EcoVadis, GRI, SASB, and SDGs.

This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong analytical skills with a passion for sustainable development and wish to grow in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support ESG assessments, sustainability benchmarking, and materiality analyses for clients.

Develop ESG strategies, policies, and roadmaps aligned with global reporting frameworks.

Provide guidance on sustainability ratings, disclosures, and compliance (EcoVadis, GRI, SASB, CDP, etc).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to integrate ESG practices into business operations.

Stay updated with evolving ESG regulations, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Prepare and deliver high-quality client reports, presentations, and recommendations.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-building within the firm.

Desired Skills Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related fields.

Up to 3 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability consulting, or corporate sustainability roles.

Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, EcoVadis, CDP).

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities (written verbal).

Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Passionate about sustainability, climate action, and responsible business practices.
