Senior ESG Consultant

Role Overview: As a Senior ESG Consultant at Oren, you will be a crucial part of guiding clients through the complexities of the evolving ESG landscape. Your responsibilities will include leading projects, managing client relationships, and providing expert advice on various sustainability challenges. You will play a key role in helping organizations integrate sustainable practices into their core business operations and achieve their climate and sustainability objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive GHG inventories for corporate clients and various sectors, adhering to the GHG Protocol. - Maintain and update GHG Emission Factor (EF) databases for accurate emissions calculations. - Design and execute ambitious decarbonization roadmaps with clear, measurable targets aligned with SBTi criteria and national/international climate goals. - Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of ESG data for clients. - Prepare high-impact reports, presentations, and proposals related to sustainability initiatives. - Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring collaboration and high-quality deliverables. - Lead Climate Risk Modelling and Scenario Analysis to evaluate future climate-related risks. - Assist clients in understanding and navigating EcoVadis/CDP/supply chain sustainability requirements. - Mentor and develop junior team members to create a supportive and high-performing team environment. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG consulting, or related roles. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex data clearly. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders. - Proficiency in Google Workspace Suite and Canva for presentations. - Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, BRSR, DJSI, CDP, and others. - Commitment to sustainability, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility. - Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines. - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or project-related activities.
