Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior ERP Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team at ZS Associates {India} Pvt Ltd, located in the KPO industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and maintain complex ERP systems to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on new ERP systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP systems.
Ensure data integrity and security in all ERP systems.
Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of ERP systems and software development life cycles.
Experience with designing and implementing scalable and secure ERP solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and technologies.
