We’re Hiring: EPM Planning Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced EPM Planning Consultant to join our team and contribute to high-impact financial planning and analytics initiatives. If you have strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud / Hyperion Planning, we’d love to connect!

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) or Hyperion Planning solutions

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Develop business rules, calculation scripts, and data integrations

Work with Smart View, Essbase, dashboards, and reports

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Desired Experience:

5 –10 years in Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) or Hyperion Planning solutions

Hands-on experience with EPM Cloud Planning, metadata management, and integrations

Strong analytical and communication skills

Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning modules

Business rule development, calc scripts, data integration

Smart View, Essbase, and reporting

Good understanding of financial processes: budgeting, forecasting, workforce, CapEx, etc.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in solution design and client-facing roles is a plus
