Workstreams You’d Will Own (Like a Boss!😎)

• Lead and grow a team of engineers to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful features

• Drive engineering excellence by setting and enforcing coding standards, best practices, and processes

• Own the technical roadmap, planning, and execution of key product initiatives

• Mentor and guide engineers in their technical and career growth

• Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent

• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high performance and availability standards

• Proactively identify technical debt, architectural gaps, and opportunities for innovation

Key Qualifications!

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong foundation in system design, architecture, and scalability

• 4+ years of experience in leading and managing engineering teams

• Strong expertise in Java, Python, Node.js, React, AWS, etc

• Proven track record of building and delivering complex products at scale

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• A hands-on mindset with the ability to balance people management and technical oversight
