Job Description

As a Senior Engineer in Reliability Engineering for the East region, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of equipment through various maintenance activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing installation, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and condition-based monitoring of sensors and equipment. - Providing engineering support for condition monitoring to maintain equipment integrity. - Monitoring dashboards, generating reports, and tracking equipment performance and maintenance activities. - Delivering training to customers on the use and maintenance of sensors and related equipment. - Addressing disconnection issues with sensors, routers, and other equipment at customer locations. - Replacing sensors, routers, SMPS, and junction boxes on-site when necessary. - Mapping out equipment locations and overseeing the installation of sensors, junction boxes, and routers. - Covering nearby plants and sites as required. Qualifications and requirements for this role include: - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. - Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical maintenance. - BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - 5 to 8 years of experience in condition monitoring and predictive maintenance. - On-site field experience with predictive maintenance and CBM techniques such as In-situ balancing, Laser Alignment, thermography, ultrasound, and visual inspection. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. - Willingness to travel to different sites as needed.
