Inspect mechanical equipment and materials to ensure compliance with required standards and specifications Evaluate the quality and integrity of process equipment and report discrepancies or non-conformities to management Visit fabrication shops and plant sites to assess mechanical integrity and verify adherence to applicable codes Monitor and document the condition of pipelines, pumps, tanks, vessels, valves, and structural supports Witness and verify hydrotesting of piping systems and equipment to ensure safe operation Inspect welding at various stages of fabrication for piping and mechanical equipment Collaborate with quality control teams and site personnel to ensure all inspection activities are conducted as per procedures Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation for all field activities Support quality assurance practices and help maintain compliance with industry regulations and client standards
