Experience Required:

10–11 Years

Job Responsibilities

Handle routine procurement activities for all types of machining components, nitro alloy parts, and fabrication items.
Ensure Total Quality Management (TQM) for all products being developed and purchased by applying industrial engineering concepts.
Lead vendor development, vendor negotiations, and end-to-end purchase activities including costing, preparing, and implementing the correct manufacturing process sequence.
Prepare, maintain, and update ISO-related documents and records.

Knowledge / Specialization / Expertise Required

Strong knowledge of raw materials and current market pricing.
Understanding of cost structure for core manufactured parts.
Good forecasting and planning abilities.
Effective coordination skills with Design, Assembly, QC, and Stores departments.
Continuous vendor development experience.
Hands-on experience working on SAP.
Strong negotiation skills and system-oriented work approach.
Knowledge of manufacturing sequence of operations.
