PLC ,HMI programming & trouble shooting (Siemens,omron,allenbradely,Mitsubishi) οƒ˜ LPS (LEAR Production System) Integration with the Process. οƒ˜ Planning of preventive and predictive maintenance, adhering as per plan.. οƒ˜ Execution of maintenance functions within budgeted costs and time. οƒ˜ Responsibility included MTTR & MTBF. οƒ˜ Exposure in to JIT Plant & Concept. οƒ˜ Coordinating and Evaluating, Team with daily Maintenance activities. οƒ˜ Adhering KAIZEN & CI Projects as per monthly projected targets. οƒ˜ Responsible for managing plant engineering equipments utilities, spares & consumable. οƒ˜ Monitor the day-to-day functioning of all utilities for smooth functioning like diesel generator, Fire hydrant system, Safety related activities, plumbing, pipeline, A.C, etc. οƒ˜ Prepare the usage plans for equipments, spare parts & consumables for department on daily basis. οƒ˜ New Project Development, Inclusive of Layout, Process Flow, Poke Yoke Implementation, Cycle Time & Manpower Planning. οƒ˜ Monitor and control consumption/provision of power, Diesel etc. οƒ˜ Design and implement ways to conserve energy, power, water etc and undertake measure to reduce wasteful consumption. Identify and Initiate intervention for cost control. οƒ˜ To Prepare and Maintain TS Audit Documents. Show more Show less
