Position Overview:
Festo is looking for a dynamic and customer focussed Sales/ Sr Sales engineer bases in Manesar/ Gurgaon. The roles invole direct and distribution channel handling customers and driving growth for Festo product across the region.Key Responsibilities:Conduct presentation, demos and technical discussion.Identify new business opportunities Provide technical consultation and application support to customers.Achieved assigned sales targets and contribute team and region growth.Daily customer visits and updates in crm.Prefered Candidate Experience: 4-5 years in industrial automation Location: Manesar/ Gurugram Education: BE/ BTech/ Mechatronics Industry exposure: OEMs, Automotive, Machine Builder.Good local market knowledge.Strong understanding of industrial automation products.Skills and Competencies Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to engage confidently with engineering, purchase and management teams.Good negotiation skills.Self driven, customer focussed and result oriented.Comfortable with field sales.
