Position Overview

Job Summary: -We are hiring a dynamic & results-driven Engineer with extensive experience in commercial real estate projects, responsible for leading engineering design, construction oversight, and project management for high-value developments. Adept at coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

· 7+ years of experience in engineering roles within commercial real estate.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other civil engineering tools.

· Experience working with developers, consultants, and government agencies.

· Familiarity with LEED certification and green building standards.

· Deep understanding of commercial real estate development lifecycle.

· Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Detail Profile

· Execution of commercial real estate developments including office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use complexes.

· Monitor site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, safety, quality standards and project timelines.

· Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure adherence to safety norms.

· Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

· Manage procurement of materials and services, optimizing cost and efficiency.

· Proficient at coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and zoning laws.

· Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage budgets, and report to senior leadership.

· Implement sustainable engineering practices and energy-efficient solutions in building design and operations.

· Assist with operational compliance and project related documentation
