Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Engineer located in Pune. The Senior Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, reviewing project designs, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and troubleshooting on-site issues. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and maintaining detailed project documentation.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and on-site supervision
Proficiency in construction management, design review, and quality control
Knowledge of safety regulations, construction codes, and compliance standards
Excellent leadership, team coordination, and mentoring skills
Proficiency in construction software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Experience in industrial, commercial, or residential construction is a plus
