We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team to develop high-quality visual content for IndiaLand, Grand HighStreet Mall (GHS), Richman House Dubai and Magnum Opus Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling designs for marketing, events, HR, and internal communications across digital and print media.
Conceptualize and design visual content for social media, digital marketing, print collaterals, event branding, HR campaigns, internal communications, and other creative needs.
Design assets such as posters, brochures, banners, flyers, backdrops, emailers, invitations, social media creatives, and motion graphics (optional).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Events, HR, Leasing) to understand design requirements and deliver accordingly.
Ensure brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all platforms.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
Coordinate with external vendors/printers as needed for production.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
5-6 years of proven experience in graphic design (preferably in real estate, retail, or events).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across digital and print.
Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
Experience designing for events and large-scale marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of social media design trends and formats.
Basic video editing or animation skills is a bonus
