Role Overview

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts
• Perform risk analysis and ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Conduct RCA, publish reports, and improve testing efficiency
• Participate in reviews, walkthroughs, and product demos
• Validate automation scripts and ensure system performance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve quality
• Contribute to estimation, scheduling, and documentation

• Ensure quality of deliverables and reduce defect leakage
• Review and improve testing standards and processes
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues
• Support integration testing, UAT, and release documentation
