Job Title: Senior Electronics Engineer – Embedded Systems Location: Coimbatore Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per year About the Role We are hiring a Senior Electronics Engineer with strong expertise in embedded systems and power electronics. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the entire hardware design lifecycle—from concept through to prototyping, testing, and compliance. This role is suited for someone who enjoys working hands-on with microcontroller-based systems and designing efficient, EMI/EMC-compliant embedded hardware. Key Responsibilities Design and develop power electronics circuits, including Flyback SMPS, DC/DC converters, and LDOs Create embedded hardware solutions for capacitive touch-based microcontroller systems Work with 8/16/32-bit MCUs such as AVR, PIC, and ARM Cortex Implement and troubleshoot digital protocols: UART, I2C, SPI Ensure designs meet EMI/EMC standards; identify and solve related issues Develop analog and mixed-signal circuits using discrete components Adhere to safety and industry compliance standards such as UL and TUV Create schematics, BOMs, and netlists using ECAD tools Conduct testing using DMMs, DSOs, logic analyzers, and function generators Prepare and document test plans and reports Debug hardware systems to meet performance and reliability requirements Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded hardware and electronics design Proficient in circuit analysis, schematic design, and Embedded C programming Strong understanding of microcontroller architecture and embedded systems Ability to work independently and lead hardware development projects Excellent debugging, analytical, and teamwork skills Technical Skills & Keywords Hardware Design, Power Electronics, Mixed Signal Design, Embedded Systems Microcontrollers: AVR, PIC, ARM Cortex, ESP8266, Atmel Studio, Microchip Communication Protocols: UART, I2C, SPI Capacitive Touch Sensors, ECAD Tools, EMI/EMC Compliance, Analog Circuit Design Instruments: Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, Function Generator, Multimeter Schedule Day shift Work Location: Onsite – Coimbatore How to Apply Interested candidates can email their resume to jobs@prognova.co Show more Show less
