Key Responsibilities: Bulk Hiring: o Assist in managing high-volume recruitment efforts for various roles (e.g., Sales, Customer Support, Tech Support, etc.). o Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels for relevant roles based on job descriptions. Coordination: o Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. o Communicate interview details and expectations to candidates. o Track candidates through the recruitment process using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or internal tools. o Maintain communication with candidates throughout the interview process, providing updates and feedback. Data Management: o Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS system. Skills and Qualifications: Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS tools is a plus. A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and teamwork.
