SCM (Manager/ Sr. Manager/Lead)

As a Supply Chain (Sourcing, Production & Quality) Manager/Sr. Manager/Lead at Mikos, you will play a crucial role in leading sourcing, production planning, vendor management, quality, and compliance for the consumer electronics portfolio. Your responsibilities will include strategic sourcing, ODM development, production planning and execution, quality control, compliance, and new product development interface. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Sourcing & ODM Development: - Lead sourcing for electronics components and mechanical assemblies. - Develop and manage ODM partnerships for new products. - Identify and qualify alternate suppliers for critical components. - Build and maintain supplier scorecards focusing on quality, delivery, and cost metrics. - Production Planning & Execution: - Prepare and monitor production schedules. - Ensure timely readiness for production builds. - Review MRP, production yield, and capacity utilization. - Conduct factory reviews to ensure throughput and shipment readiness. - Quality & Compliance: - Define and implement QC protocols and inspection processes. - Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. - Validate reliability, aging, and certification test plans. - Conduct supplier audits and drive corrective actions. - New Product Development (NPD) Interface: - Collaborate with design, engineering, and program teams. - Support early supplier engagement and feasibility assessments. - Oversee sample builds, PPAP validations, and supplier onboarding. - Coordinate with ODMs for manufacturability and schedule adherence. Additional Details: The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in consumer electronics manufacturing. You should possess a strong background in electronics and mechanical sourcing, vendor audits, and cost management. Proficiency in supplier negotiations, technical documentation, and production analytics is essential. Moreover, you should be self-driven, process-oriented, and capable of leading end-to-end execution with minimal supervision.
