You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end production unit of the electronics manufacturing and system integration facility at a reputed company in Power Electronics located in Vishakapatnam. Your role will involve providing strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing, supply chain, assembly, quality, and delivery of wireless and automation-based equipment. You will lead and manage production planning, scheduling, and execution for electronic assembly and system integration. Implementing lean manufacturing and 5S methodologies to enhance efficiency will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Driving continuous improvement in yield, throughput, and quality across the plant will be essential, along with ensuring compliance with EHS and ISO standards. Collaboration with R&D and engineering teams on NPI and system integration of wireless and automation devices will be part of your role. Monitoring KPIs to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction will also be a critical aspect of this position. To qualify for this role, you should have deep experience in managing high-mix, low-to medium volume electronic assembly lines, preferably in EMS or OEM setups. A BE/B Tech in Electronics or Electrical (MBA preferred) with at least 15 years of experience in EMS/automation/electronic systems manufacturing is required. Strong knowledge of SMT/surface mounted technology, THT/through hole technology, and system-level integration is essential. Proficiency in ERP, production analytics, and process automation will be beneficial for this position.,
