Job Description

Position : Senior E-Commerce Manager

Experience : 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement end-to-end e-commerce strategies to grow sales and profitability across platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, own website, etc.). • Lead the product listing, content management, and merchandising strategy across multiple marketplaces. • Optimize website performance, SEO, UX/UI, and conversion rates. • Manage digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), email marketing, and influencer collaborations. • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements based on data insights. • Coordinate with design, inventory, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. • Identify new business opportunities and evaluate emerging e-commerce trends and technologies. • Manage e-commerce operations team and vendor/agency partners. • Ensure all product listings meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and marketplace requirements. • Handle customer escalations, reviews, returns, and feedback professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
