The Senior E-Commerce Manager will oversee the strategic direction and operational execution of our e-commerce platform. Daily responsibilities include managing online product listings, optimizing user experience, handling customer service inquiries, leading sales efforts, and carrying out business negotiations. This role demands a dynamic individual with the ability to analyze market trends, develop detailed reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
