Candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of how business operations work. Training and information will be provided by the company. This is a non-voice + Voice support role. Timings - 9 to 6 Mon to Fri . Sat 9 to 4.

The Role: Senior Ecommerce Executive Were on the lookout for someone who knows the ecommerce game inside out and is ready to own the marketplace hustle. What Youll Do List & Catalog : Upload products, fix details, and keep our presence sharp on Myntra, Nykaa & Shopify. Orders & Shipping : Handle the backend like a pro with Shiprocket & Unicommerce. Creative Edge : Bonus points if you can touch up photos/videos for listings or campaigns. Inventory Boss : Keep an eye on stock, avoid out of stock nightmares, and sync with the team. Data & Reports : Track sales, returns, and trendsbasically, help us grow smarter. Collab : Work with marketplace managers, agencies, and our own crew to keep things rolling. What We’d Love You To Have Marketplace knowledge (Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify = your playground) Hands-on with Shiprocket & Unicommerce. Excel/Google Sheets comfort. A sense of style + detail for listings. Good communication vibes (emails, calls, follow-ups). Extra spark: SEO basics, photo/video editing, multi-tasking ninja. The Role: Customer Verification & Support Executive We’re looking for a smart, polite, and customer-focused professional who will ensure our orders are genuine and validated. You’ll connect with customers through outbound calls, reconfirm their order details, and occasionally handle customer support interactions. What You’ll Do Outbound Calls: Call customers who place orders on our website to politely reconfirm and validate order details. Order Verification: Ensure authenticity of orders and prevent fraudulent transactions. Customer Support : Handle occasional customer support interactions via phone, chat, or email. Dashboard Updates: Accurately record call outcomes and updates on dashboards/CRMs. Customer Care: Build trust and maintain a professional yet friendly approach with customers. What We’d Love You To Have Strong communication in English and Hindi (Marathi/Bengali is a plus). Prior experience in telecalling / outbound customer service. Smart thinking with polite and persuasive interaction skills. Comfortable with computers, MS Office, dashboards, CRMs. Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving attitude.
