The Role: Customer Verification & Support Executive

We’re looking for a smart, polite, and customer-focused professional who will ensure our orders are genuine and validated. You’ll connect with customers through outbound calls, reconfirm their order details, and occasionally handle customer support interactions.

What You’ll Do

• Outbound Calls:

  Call customers who place orders on our website to politely reconfirm and validate order details.

• Order Verification:

  Ensure authenticity of orders and prevent fraudulent transactions.

• Customer Support

  : Handle occasional customer support interactions via phone, chat, or email.

• Dashboard Updates:

  Accurately record call outcomes and updates on dashboards/CRMs.

• Customer Care:

  Build trust and maintain a professional yet friendly approach with customers.

What We’d Love You To Have

• Strong communication in English and Hindi (Marathi/Bengali is a plus).
• Prior experience in telecalling / outbound customer service.
• Smart thinking with polite and persuasive interaction skills.
• Comfortable with computers, MS Office, dashboards, CRMs.
• Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving attitude.
• A customer-first mindset with confidence to handle objections.
