Tele-calling Executive

The role involves engaging with warm leads, understanding their needs, sharing relevant information, and guiding them towards the next steps in the customer journey. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS)

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up consistently. • Build rapport and trust with potential customers. • Share product/service information in a clear and engaging manner. • Update and maintain CRM records of all interactions. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion. • Be in the forefront in efficiently managing calling tasks with proper documentation and tracking. • Manage Employee Communications with target audience whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Any Graduate with min 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or a similar role. (Jr role for less than 1 year of similar experience.) • BPO experience of min 1 year is also considered. • Excellent English Communication Skills - both written and verbal. • Proficient in working on MS Office tools. • Ready to work 6 days a week (All Saturdays are working days).
