Tele-calling Executive

As a Tele Caller Executive at VIH Capital Advisory Private Limited, your role will involve making calls to potential clients in the Personal Loan department. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your tele calling experience to reach out to customers for Personal Loans, Home Loans, Credit card sales, Insurance sales, or related online sales. - Demonstrating excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills while addressing customer queries and concerns professionally and efficiently. - Applying telephone etiquette and call handling skills to provide a seamless customer experience. - Having a basic understanding of financial products such as Personal Loans and Home Loans would be advantageous. - Showcasing strong organizational skills and attention to detail in your daily tasks. - Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications to maintain customer records and data. - Meeting targets and working effectively under pressure to achieve desired outcomes. - Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service is preferred.
