📝 Job Description:
Coordinate and monitor the dispatch of goods for local, national, and international deliveries.
Ensure all dispatches comply with transportation regulations, customs requirements, and export/import laws.
Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation including invoices, delivery challans, gate passes, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and courier services to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Track vehicle movement and report daily dispatch status to the operations team.
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of materials before dispatch.
Maintain accurate dispatch records and update inventory systems.
Work closely with internal teams to manage dispatch priorities, resolve delivery issues, and meet customer expectations.
Coordinate the timely dispatch of vehicles, drivers, and field agents based on operational needs.
Schedule pickups, deliveries, or service calls and maintain detailed logs of all activities.
Handle emergency and non-emergency dispatch requests promptly and accurately.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on dispatch activities.
Maintain and manage dispatch databases, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and transport laws.
