Inside Sales Executive

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing product details and technical guidance. Qualify leads and generate new business opportunities in alignment with sales targets. Handle and convert leads generated from IndiaMART , social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), company website, and other online sources. Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and provide product recommendations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales reports. Coordinate with the operations and logistics team for smooth order processing. Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product advancements. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation strategies. Requirements: Experience: 3+ years in inside sales, preferably in the earthing & lightning protection industry. Education: Graduate in Business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Chemical Earthing, Lightning Arresters , and related electrical safety solutions.
