Job Summary

We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team and generate leads. The candidate must have strong communication skills and basic knowledge of online networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through multiple digital platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong online presence on professional platforms for outreach and engagement.
• Send outreach messages, follow-up communications and handle lead nurturing through calls, emails and digital messaging channels.
• Send connection requests, follow-up messages and nurture leads on Linkedin.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted lead research.
• Connect with and qualify Meta Ads leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Conduct sales conversations, messaging, calls and virtual meetings.
• Maintain CRM entries, update lead information and track activities.
• Support the sales team with documentation and daily tasks.
• Manage and coordinate local or physical meetings with prospects when required.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and outreach targets.

Required Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and digital lead generation.
• Interest in sales, inside sales and business development.
• Ability to learn tools like Sales Navigator and CRM.
• MBA Preferred (Graduates can also apply)

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of outbound calling and messaging.
• Basic knowledge of Google sheets and docs.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
