Job Description

Role Overview: As the IT Lead at the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing various verticals such as NOC, IT OPS, IT Security, and IT Assets. Your role involves maintaining CAPEX/OPEX, planning the AOP for the year, and ensuring the continuity of IT infrastructure to support a 24/7/365 business environment. You will need to stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and implement solutions based on business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain WAN/ISPs, P2P, MPLS, Cloud, and on-prem Infra - Monitor the Network Infrastructure across all layers, including Switching (L2+L3), Firewalls, LAN and WLAN controllers, NAC, and SDWAN - Oversee IT OPS Infrastructure, including End User support and technologies like Google Workspace (G-suite), AD/LDAP, NGAV, PatchMGMT, ITSM, and Ticketing System - Ensure the security of Onprim, DC/Cloud, Endpoint/users, and Email systems by implementing measures such as DLP, Endpoint EDR/NGAV, Firewall, SSL, Crypto, Endpoint Encryption, and Email security - Collaborate with internal and external auditors to plan audits, identify mitigations, and prevent security breaches - Manage a vast number of IT assets across multiple sites, including SAM and HAM - Participate in internal and cross-functional audits aligned with ISO 9001:2013 and 27001:2013 standards for quality assurance and security - Lead projects for upcoming sites, engage in regular meetings with teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors to maintain SLA/TAT - Interact with stakeholders to understand their OPS and IT requirements - Provide periodic updates, reports, announcements, and newsletters related to IT activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, ITIL, or equivalent will be an added advantage - Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security protocols, and IT asset management - Proven experience in managing IT operations, security, and assets in a complex business environment - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Leadership skills to manage a team, define KRA/KPI, and handle sudden outages - Familiarity with ISO standards for quality assurance and security (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the Job Description),
