Senior Digital Sales Manager – Indian Market


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and meet revenue targets in the Indian digital products sector.
  • Leverage existing relationships and build new ones with key decision-makers in corporations, enterprises, and channel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and active LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build a healthy sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, partnerships, and social selling.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demos tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide timely reports on pipeline, conversion rates, and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, trade shows, and digital forums to build brand awareness and partnerships.

  • Requirements:

    • 7–9 years of experience in digital product or SaaS sales, specifically in the Indian market.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong corporate network with active company tie-ups and connections in relevant industries.
    • Minimum 5,000+ LinkedIn connections and active engagement on the platform.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working in a startup or high-growth tech company.
    • Understanding of digital transformation trends in Indian businesses.
