Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Location: On-site

Department: Marketing

Experience Required: 2 - 4 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SEO (On-page & Off-page) strategies, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Optimization and Performance Analysis. You’ll be responsible for driving traffic, increasing brand visibility and generating qualified leads across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities: SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

On-Page SEO:

  • Conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and page speed.
  • Improve site UX/UI for SEO performance and user engagement.
  • Create and implement SEO-friendly content strategies.
  • Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.

Off-Page SEO:

  • Develop and execute high-quality link-building strategies.
  • Manage guest posting, outreach campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  • Improve domain authority and backlink quality through ethical practices.
  • Track and analyze backlinks, referring domains, and keyword rankings.

Digital Marketing & Paid Ads:

  • Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Manage PPC campaigns, monitor ROI and improve ad performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies.

Content & Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and execute content across social platforms.
  • Manage brand presence and engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track website performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Generate performance reports and insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Key Skills & Tools:

  • SEO Tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz
  • Paid Ads: Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Data Studio
  • CMS: WordPress, Shopify (basic)
  • Email Marketing: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue
  • Other Skills: Content Marketing, Lead Generation, Copywriting, Social Media Strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing and SEO
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
