About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in blockchain technologies and a passion for building centralized applications that shape the future of digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on various blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, etc.)
• Build and maintain centralized applications (DApps) using modern web technologies
• Implement blockchain protocols and consensus mechanisms
• Develop and integrate APIs for blockchain interactions
• Create and optimize tokenomics and token distribution mechanisms

Technical Leadership

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards
• Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and frameworks
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in blockchain applications
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making

Quality Assurance

• Write comprehensive unit tests and integration tests for smart contracts
• Perform security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Ensure scalability and performance optimization of blockchain solutions
• Maintain detailed technical documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• 2-3 years of professional experience in blockchain development
• Proficiency in Solidity for smart contract development
• Strong knowledge of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and gas optimization
• Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar blockchain interaction libraries
• Familiarity with blockchain development frameworks (Truffle, Hardhat, Foundry)
• Understanding of cryptographic principles and hash functions
• Experience with version control systems (Git)

Programming Languages

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
• Knowledge of Python, Go, or Rust is a plus
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL

Blockchain Knowledge

• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems
• Experience with DeFi protocols, NFTs, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155)
• Knowledge of Layer 2 solutions and scaling technologies
• Understanding of IPFS and centralized storage solutions
• Familiarity with wallet integration (MetaMask, WalletConnect)

• Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with database technologies (MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
