Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive who can lead and manage various online marketing efforts. You’ll work on improving website rankings, running paid ads, creating engaging content, and helping our clients grow digitally. If you enjoy solving problems, thinking creatively, and staying on top of the latest marketing trends - this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page SEO:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords that help websites rank higher on search engines.
  • Run website audits and identify critical errors affecting site rankings.
  • Optimize meta tags, titles, headings, URLs, and images for search engines.
  • Optimize internal & external links.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify technical issues.
  • Create and optimize sitemaps, robots.txt, and other technical elements for better indexing.

Off-Page SEO:

  • Build high-quality backlinks to boost domain authority.
  • Run outreach campaigns to get our content featured on other websites.
  • Track what competitors are doing and find smart ways to improve.

Paid Ads & Social Media

  • Plan and run ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage social media pages and create content that connects with audiences.
  • Track ad performance (clicks, costs, conversions) and make improvements.
  • Write clear and compelling ad copy.
  • Create and manage email campaigns to stay in touch with customers.

Performance Tracking & Reports

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to measure performance
  • Track traffic, rankings, and leads.
  • Share regular updates and suggest new ways to improve results.

Stay Up to Date

  • Follow the latest updates in SEO, Google algorithms, and digital trends.
  • Bring new ideas to the table and help us stay ahead in the market.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and SEO.
  • Proven success in boosting organic traffic, search rankings, and visibility.
  • Understanding of website structure and basic coding (HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a bonus).
  • Organized, curious, and confident in managing projects from start to finish.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS systems.
  • Experience with local or international SEO, or e-commerce websites.
  • Familiar with combining SEO with paid ads, social media, and content planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
