We're currently looking for a results-driven lead generation expert who’s confident in their ability to find and engage with the right prospects. The Role We’re looking for someone who understands how to identify high-quality leads and start meaningful conversations. You’ll play a key role in filling our pipeline with potential clients interested in our SEO and web services. If you have a strong grasp of cold outreach, know your way around prospecting tools, and thrive in a performance-focused environment, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Be Doing Research and identify businesses in the U.S. and Canada that have a real need—and budget—for SEO or web development services. Use tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted lead lists. Run cold email campaigns using platforms like Instantly.ai or similar automation tools. Qualify leads and manage them through the top of the funnel. Hand off warm, sales-ready leads to our closers with clear documentation in our CRM What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, B2B sales, or digital marketing outreach. Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing services, and how they deliver value. Comfortable using outreach tools and platforms (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly.ai, etc.) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong written communication skills, with a focus on personalization and clarity. Nice to Have Prior experience selling SEO or marketing services. Understanding of business dynamics in the U.S. and Canadian markets. Experience managing multiple prospects at different stages of the pipeline. What We Offer Flexible working hours.
