Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the

  social media accounts

  of Duck Learning Singapore and Duck Learning India across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Oversee and maintain our

  websites

  and

  online stores

  , ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with each market’s goals.
• Coordinate and manage

  product listings and promotions

  on external marketplaces and partner webstores.
• Plan and execute

  digital marketing campaigns

  to increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation across both countries.
• Create and manage

  content calendars

  , ensuring consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging.
• Track, analyse, and report

  campaign performance metrics

  , providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Work with internal teams, designers, and external vendors to deliver effective digital content and assets.
• Stay updated on

  digital trends, tools, and best practices

  , particularly in education, technology, and e-commerce.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in

  digital marketing

  , preferably in

  education, edtech, or consumer products

  .
• Proven experience managing

  social media channels

  ,

  websites

  , and

  e-commerce platforms

  .
• Proficiency in

  SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools

  (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with

  Shopify

  ,

  WordPress

  , or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong communication and writing skills in English.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven approach to marketing.

Preferred but not mandatory

• Experience working with

  schools or educational brands

  .
• Basic skills in

  graphic design or video editing

  (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).

• Reports to:

• Work Arrangement:

  Hybrid — a balance of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Mumbai office.
