Job Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketer who is passionate about digital advertising, data analytics, and conversion optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong hands-on understanding of paid media platforms and a proven track record of managing performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI-focused results
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization across funnels
• Monitor daily performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and development teams to execute marketing initiatives
• Generate detailed performance reports and campaign insights for clients and internal review
• Stay updated on industry trends, ad platform changes, and emerging tools

Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
• Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
• Understanding of landing page optimization and marketing funnels
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
