Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins on on-premises infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in CI/CD, container orchestration, scripting, and DevOps best practices in a globally distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, Git, and Artifactory.
• Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes in an on-premises environment.
• Build, update, and maintain Docker images and container registries.
• Implement and manage configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.
• Deploy and manage microservices architectures using Kubernetes.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and security solutions for DevOps environments.
• Script automation tasks using Bash and/or Python.
• Support and integrate with infrastructure components like Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, and Firewalls.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for build and release automation processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and/or development roles.
• Proven experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins in on-premises setups.
• Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, and Spring Framework.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipeline development and DevOps toolchains (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker Registry, etc.).
• Hands-on scripting experience with Bash and Python.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Familiar with cloud-native principles, though primary focus is on on-premises infrastructure.
• Exposure to enterprise infrastructure components like Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, and Firewalls.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) and/or CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) certifications.
• Experience working in a globally distributed DevOps environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
