About the Role: We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong technical foundation and leadership capabilities to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have architectural-level knowledge , team handling experience , and a proactive mindset to lead DevOps practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure. Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to ensure effective delivery and problem-solving. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and automation. Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to align infrastructure needs with business goals. Monitor system performance and implement appropriate tuning. Ensure system reliability, availability, and compliance with security standards. Identify and adopt best practices in DevOps architecture, automation, and cost optimization. Required Skills and Experience: 7+ years of DevOps experience with strong architectural understanding. Hands-on experience with AWS , Azure , or GCP cloud platforms. Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI). Proficiency with containerization tools ( Docker , Kubernetes ). Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform , CloudFormation , or similar tools. Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in handling and mentoring a DevOps team is a must.
