How You Will Contribute
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform or Ansible to automate provisioning and configuration.
Administer and optimize cloud resources on platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Monitor system performance, availability, and security, conducting root cause analysis for production errors.
Automate operational tasks and software deployments using scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Integrate security practices into the DevOps lifecycle, including automated vulnerability scans and compliance checks.
The Must Haves
Minimum 7 years of experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar role.
Hands-on expertise with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Competence in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell for automation.
Solid understanding of Linux/Unix system administration, networking, and security best practices.
Nice to Haves
Professional certifications, such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with Git workflows and version control systems.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability and curiosity to learn new technologies in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
