THE ROLE

OPPORTUNITIES

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Temenos solutions, especially in payments and local clearing modules.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Temenos platforms (T24/Transact).
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Guide and mentor developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Temenos architecture standards and regulatory requirements.
• Interface with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and provide solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to payment processing and clearing systems.
• Contribute tocontinuous improvement initiatives in development methodology and tooling.
  

Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with T24/Transact, IRIS, or related modules.
• Deep understanding of payments (SWIFT, ISO 20022, RTGS, NEFT, IMPS) and local clearing systems.
• Java, J2EE, REST APIs, microservices, Oracle/SQL, Linux.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS.
• Agile/Scrum, SDLC, version control (Git).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, team leadership.
